Terms of Service
Effective: 2026-05-06 · Last updated: 2026-05-06
What this service is
The Outdoor Living Customer Hub ("the Service") is a private, invite-only web application provided by Outdoor Living LLC ("we", "us", "our") to active service customers. The Service lets you view your maintenance schedule, see what's due, mark tasks complete, manage your equipment list, and receive reminders by email and (optionally) browser push notification.
The Service is provided as a complementary part of your service relationship with us. We do not charge a separate fee for the Service.
Eligibility
You may use the Service if all three are true:
- You are an active service customer of Outdoor Living LLC.
- An Outdoor Living LLC administrator has invited your email address.
- You are at least 18 years old.
If we end your service relationship, we may also end your access to the Service.
Your account
- Sign-in — we use email-based magic-link authentication. We do not store passwords. Each sign-in sends a one-time link to your email address; clicking it signs you in.
- One account per customer — each customer account is tied to a single primary email. If you need to change your email, contact us at the support address in the footer.
- Keep your contact info current — we use it to send maintenance reminders. If your email or phone changes, update your Profile.
- Don't share your account — magic-link emails sign in whoever clicks them. Treat your inbox as the access boundary.
Acceptable use
You agree to:
- Only access your own customer record and the data we have associated with you.
- Not attempt to access other customers' data, the admin interface, or any non-public part of the system.
- Not reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the Service in ways that disrupt other users or our infrastructure.
- Not upload, store, or transmit anything illegal or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Not use the Service to send unsolicited communications.
If you discover a security issue, please email us at the address in the footer rather than exploiting it.
Reminder cadence — important disclaimer
Maintenance reminders are best-effort and informational only. Email and push delivery depend on third-party services (Resend, Cloudflare, browser push services, your email provider, your network) that we do not control. You should not rely on the Service as your sole or primary safety mechanism for any maintenance task.
For safety-critical maintenance (water chemistry, electrical inspection, pump pressure, etc.) consult your equipment manuals and follow the manufacturer's stated intervals. The Service supplements your knowledge — it does not replace it.
Account closure
You can end your use of the Service at any time by contacting us. We will:
- Delete your customer record, equipment list, schedule history, push subscriptions, and reminder log entries within 30 days.
- Preserve security audit records (sign-in attempts, etc.) for a longer period if our auditing infrastructure requires it; these will not be linked to your customer-identifying information after deletion.
We may also end your access if you violate these Terms or if your service relationship with Outdoor Living LLC ends.
Liability disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100.00).
Changes to these terms
If we change these Terms in a material way, we will email each active customer and post a notice in the app dashboard at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the change.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Douglas County, Nebraska.
